Was disappointed the pools were not open since it was over 90 degrees outside the 4 days we were there

Everything was great besides the check in line, which would easily be fixable if they allowed for mobile check in, or if the kiosks actually worked.

This was so amazing

Online check-in can be a bit of a hassle, but we really appreciate the staff who helped us out! Everyone at the hotel is so polite and helpful. I’d give customer service a solid 5 stars! The hotel amenities are okay, sometimes showing a bit of wear, but they’re still functional. Overall, it’s a great stay and I’d recommend it for the friendly service and reasonable price.

The room carpet was not vacuumed.

Great central location. Helpful staff. Food on- site was all delicious. Easy access to taxis, uber and Lyft. The beds and room temperature were comfortable. The only downside was the long walk to the room after you got off the elevator. But, once in the room you didn't hear noise from other rooms or the hallways. I wish there was an option to opt out of the resort fees. I didn't use the pool or gym but still had to pay the fees. Require arm bands for those that want to use the extra amenities.
