We stayed here last year and the remodel is excellent. We really enjoyed the rooms more. We're breakfast people and we were impressed with it.

The staff is super friendly and offered an excellent restaurant within walking distance. Our room was spotless and very nice. Highly recommend this hotel.

Location was good but service was lacking. Hotel room never got cleaned. Staff was not as friendly as I’d expect. Disappointed.

From check-in to check-out, our stay was nothing short of exceptional! Gary at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of, he truly elevated our experience and deserves recognition. The hotel itself is fantastic: spotless, comfortable rooms with breathtaking views of the city and Elliott Bay, plus a restaurant with equally stunning scenery. The amenities are top-notch too, including a well-equipped gym and relaxing dry and steam saunas. They don’t have any pool but with so many other things I rarely felt I was missing out on that. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly. Thank you, Gary, for making our stay unforgettable!

The staff was so friendly & helpful. Frankie at the front desk was an absolute delight! Shuttle service to & from the airport and cruise terminal was fantastic. Would absolutely recommend!
