Room and bed were comfortable and a good breakfast service in the morning which was included with the stay. Quiet area and not a lot of foot traffic. 20min walk to Duomo.

Decent hotel but far from city Centre. Buffett was subpar, utensils were not cleaned well, not enough tables.

I enjoyed staying here with my family. It’s an exquisite property.

For this price rooms should be much larger. Obviously much of what you are paying for is the brand, however the competition often provides better rooms at a considerably lower price. Also the mattress was really firm and not comfortable for a 5 star hotel. Food and amenities were great.
