Hampton Roads All inclusive Vacations

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything about the hotel itself was great. My only concern is the unexpected charges to my card. While we were staying there, there was an attempted charge of about $170 even though we did not order room service or purchase anything extra. They said they didn’t know why. My card was locked at the time, so the charge did not go through. Today, after my card was unlocked, the hotel charged me $38. I haven’t received any emails, receipts, or explanations showing what these charges are for. I would just like more transparency about the additional charges and an explanation of why my card continues to be charged after our stay. Other than this issue, we had a great experience at the hotel.
