Everything, already sharing with friends and family of our wonderful experience to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary.

The room was worn and smelled musty when we arrived. The partial king bay view that sleeps 4 with a pull out had no sheets for the actual pull out and took multiple attempts to get bedding from the unhelpful staff. The body wash in the shower was empty and there were no wash clothes which also took multiple attempts to obtain. You have to pay 30 dollars per night for parking onsite. It is a pet friendly hotel- smelled like dog poop next to pool cabanas. Parts of the patio deck off pool and tides were filthy. Beach access was amazing, beach was gorgeous minus many cigarette butts. Tides food was good but pricey, service was mostly good but again depending on what staff you got. Drinks are expensive. The gift shop, sandbar market are nice amenities onsite. This area on the 2nd floor was kept up nice and clean maybe because they hosted conferences for sales teams 3 days during our stay. Overall we had a great family vacation because the beach was great but would not stay at this hotel again mainly because of cleanliness and unhelpful staff for an expensive price tag on hotel and amenities.

Other than the barking dog next door to us, it was a clean hotel with good amenities.

Overall, our stay was beautiful and we had a great experience. The hotel itself was nice and we enjoyed our time. My only suggestion would be for housekeeping standards at check-in. Personally, I feel items like toilet paper, tissue boxes, and body wash should be replaced with new ones for each guest. Seeing half-used rolls or partially used items can feel less sanitary since those are personal-use products that previous guests have handled. Starting each room with fresh supplies would make the stay feel even cleaner and more welcoming. Other than that, everything else was great.
