Central Wisconsin All inclusive Vacations

The room was great with view at Rice park. The stuff was friendly and very helpful. I like to back there with mt husband again and again.

It was aesthetically a nice place and part of the team was responsive, the trouble was that tithe room presenting so may needs for me to request help. The room while nice overviewed a layer of roof and looked across directly into a working kitchen. The blackout shade would not close, so I had to call for help. The tv would not turn on, there were no batteries in the remote, they came and gave me batteries. On the second night the door would not unlock. I went for a new key, still wouldn’t work. I had to go back down to let the staff know and call engineering to replace the battery in the door so I could go in. That night I spoke to the front desk about how may issues I was having, they said they’d have the manager contact me, the never did. In the morning I went to check out, the person asked me how my stay was, I said honestly I had hoped it were better. They said, I’m sorry and moved on. No follow up questions nothing more. I accepted the stay because it did locationally meet my needs but would have preferred doing less work to make the stay work.

The grounds and room was beautiful. Our suite was lovely the only complaint was the furniture. When you sat on the couch, you sank to the floor. The furniture was well worn and had blemishes. I expected better.

Very clean, and the staff was very friendly.

Absolutely loved staying here! Incredible staff, next to all of the best restaurants, bars, and shops.

It was spacious. Things were soiled and needed to be washed

Staff were excellent. Hotel was spotless.
