Great location for our hyrox weekend. The rooms have all the comforts needed and the staff always ready to help you.

I like the location I did not like that they did not provide power adapters as all our hotels no matter which country we visit provided also no toiletries and no robes and slippers beds were tiny and thin mattresses and bath towels were small and thin as well . Expected more than bare bones from a hotel in Berlin

I had such an amazing stay at the Grand Hyatt Berlin. I didn’t use the pool, gym, or breakfast, but the room and service was phenomenal. Room was squeaky clean everyday, room was gorgeous, and the location was convenient and felt very safe. It was my first time in Germany and this hotel made my experience perfect. If there is anything to criticize, it would be the Vox restaurant. My fries came out cold and my water was over 10 euros. It would’ve been nice to know that my water would be more expensive than most other drink options and my side. Their crème brûlée and wine was amazing though. I wanted to go back just for those. I will be coming back here if I come back to Berlin :)

Great gym, good coffee, excellent breakfast spread even though it is a little pricey. The staff were so helpful and nice.

Pool. Is extra, parking is extra, buffet breakfast very good.

I was glad to splurge on my hotel room as I got an amazing view on the TV tower and had a balcony. The room was great, though I was a bit surprised by the extra costs to get a full kitchenware kit, and additional coffee pods even if my stay was 6 days. The breakfast was good, but limited. Hotel was also close to two metro stations (5 minutes walk) and bus stops is a few steps from the hotel. It is also very much downtown. I would recommend this hotel for sure!
