There was no mention that the hotel exterior was being renovated, so you could not look out or open the windows.

Clean and friendly staff

The stay was for one night! So I can’t say much. But overall, i can give it a 7.5/10

I felt at home at the Abion hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The entrance is open and inviting; grab a drink and peruse their library. Lots of places to sit and visit or contemplate your next move. Didn’t eat there because we were on a budget, but wish we could have. Coffee in the rooms a big plus! Cleaning staff were respectful and thorough. The only criticism is the tub/shower didn’t provide enough handles for safety. One had to climb over the tub rim and use the shower; getting out I slipped over the side onto the floor - no handle to let myself down. No harm came of it, but in time someone will not be as lucky!

Very walkable to the U. and the S public transit. Hotel clean and helpful staff. Free coffee in the am!
