Very nice service fantastic place so beautiful resort. I’m high recommended to stay here

Privacy in a large 400m2 green walled garden villa with pool. Quiet. The twice daily room clean conducted whilst you were dining was above and beyond many very expensive properties we have stayed in. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Restaurant was good with an Indonesian menu. This property is away from the beach area and restaurants but they do provide transport free of charge to get you there and back. For a restful experience we highly recommend it.

From the Front counter, restaurant to housekeeping staff were friendly and very helpful at all times they have a free option to take you for your food shopping, Jimbaran beach etc..I believe that was a good touch to the already great service. The Villa is fantastic modern, vert tidy and the pool was always cleaned by staff everyday very private and spacious. The web app was very handy, the staff always replied to our shopping needs, laundry etc. The chef also had a variety of options and the buffet was delicious with a different twist of food everyday again the staff was amazing there. We tried the royal spa that was great and the loungearea was a fun touch to the place.The price was well worth it my wife and I really enjoyed our stay. What an experience 10 out of 10 Thank you. We will be coming back in the future for sure.

The hotel is excellent and the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and polite. They made it a joy to stay there. The rooms are spacious, well kitted out, regular cleaning and private pool maintained daily. Few if any complaints. Some parts of the stone fabric look like it needs replacing or cleaning but it’s highly functional. The views from the pool bar area are v pleasing and the New Year party excellent. The commute from the airport is tortuous but our hotel driver did his best to make up for it but 3-4 hours for a 40km journey is almost as long as the flight from Perth. This is not an issue if you are staying a week or more. And the staff make up for it with their welcome 🙏

A relaxing resort in a beautiful beach location. Great restaurants and facilities

The staff is really attentive to ALL of your needs. All staff was professional and if they didn't have the answer they were eager to get it for you. Lia, Warwan, Dewa, Risky, and Wendhi, are what make this property a truly mesmerizing experience for your trip. They go above and beyond providing you with exemplary customer service. These 5 people make this proerty what it is. Very clean rooms, and property. The restaurants provide a wide array of choices and the views are to die for. We definitely will be returning.
