It’s not new but clean and good service.

No we went to Rise cafe 5 mins walk away and it was amazing

Very clean, signs of wear and tear in bathroom, but otherwise very good.

room was spotless and i recommend this place to stay.

Check in was quick and simple, staff were incredibly nice. The pool was cleaned well and was crystal clear. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Definately worth the price!

The staff can definitely be improved. I was quite confused with the way the parking worked and left feeling mocked by two female front desk staff. As I left both staff members were seen laughing together. Very unprofessional especially when I needed help as to understand how it worked. Also our food was delivered cold and soggy. It was expensive which was not an issue as we were excited to get room service though left disappointed. The hotel itself was great will definitely go back just wish we were treated with more dignity from front desk.

Couldn’t fault the hotel at all staff were always friendly and professional

It would be better if we could have a few dining plates. The plates provided there are too small for eating.

Wonderful hotel close to the south bank waterfront. Very nice comfortable room.

Balcony overlooked the car park, room a little small, probably needs a little renovation.
