8.8/10 Excellent! (710 reviews)
I booked a corner room with a balcony. The balcony wasn’t usable and this was know to the staff before hand. Situation was not resolved or taken seriously. Then coming back to the room the elevator was out of service so I had to go outside to the alley and carry bags up four flights of stairs.
The room itself is nice outside of the unusable balcony. The lounge below is loud Friday night. Saturday not so much. The only way to contact the hotel staff is to physically go down stairs.

Very lovely hotel! We were just in for the evening before boarding a cruise ship the next morning, but it was quite lovely!
