The shining hotel was a lovely place to stay in Hanoi. The rooms and staff were lovely and really enjoyed the pool/bar area, especially at night. The staff were fantastic as it was very hot and they did a great job up there

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We booked the Family Suite, which featured two connecting bedrooms with a spacious living room in between—it was clean, comfortable, and an ideal layout for a family. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our visit. As a lovely perk, all of us received a 40-minute massage, which was fantastic and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. The amenities across the property were very clean and well maintained. A standout detail was when the staff surprised us with fresh fruit, pastries, and a thoughtful welcome note about Phu Quoc—a really sweet personal touch. The location is very central, within easy walking distance of plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions. We highly recommend this hotel, especially for families looking for comfort and convenience!

Very central and the staff are the most kind and attentive people. I booked my tours on get your guide but Rosie at the hotel showed me better quality crusies at the same price but with added convenience of hotel pickup and drop off. And better tours than what I had booked. I ended up getting the biggest suite on the cruise and upgraded free to a luxury line at no added cost. The hotel has a good relationship with the best tours. Rosie at the hotel is the best booking tours. Best ones at best price. and I feel they make sure they put you on the best adventures and tours. One tour we stoped at a store on way to the 2 day cruise. They sell art made my handicapped people I bought something and forgot an expensive high speed fan at the store. I realized 10 minutes after leaving. I simply messaged the hotel on WhatsApp and told them. The staff knew the driver and called him and had him pickup this fan on his way back. While I was on the cruise I see a text with a photo of the fan securely in Staffs possession at reception. They didn’t need to do all the effort and calling and asking the driver to detour and drop it off at hotel. I never imagined a hotel and their tour group would do all of that. In this hotel you’ll find a tastefully done boutique hotel with good style. Kind and helpful and attentive staff. That go out of there way to be more helpful than any hotel I have ever stayed. I’ll back to Vietnam and I know exactly where I’m staying. This hotel.

Service was impeccable. There's always someone to open the door and help with luggage. Rooms are a touch outdated but very well maintained and clean. We were on the 6th floor and there was minimal noise. Overall the room was a really nice oasis to return to after a day in the heat and hustle of Hanoi. They change the towels and sheets and clean the room on a daily basis. There is a terrace on the top floor which we regret not visiting and a gym which was adequate for us. They also had breakfast for an additional fee which we didn't get but looked good. If we ever visit Hanoi again we will definitely return to Acoustic where they go above and beyond to assist you. We were beyond pleased with our stay here.

Had a great 5 days at this hotel everything went perfectly the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with lots of verity. The room was clean and loved the glass bathroom

Great hotel

The hotel is in convenient location in Hanoi Old Quarter. The hotel is clean and well maintained But what strikes most is the amazing staff. Very helpful and attended to our needs. Shout out to Anna and Nancy who assisted us the most. Trang in the restaurant who accommodated us before breakfast time as we had early activities . Trang introduced to us Vietnamese dishes to try. Overall we had a great stay and will be coming back again. I highly recommend recommending Scent Premium Hotel.

All the staff particularly Chun were so helpful with all our questions including where to eat and shop. The hotel is located in a great location, easy walk to train street and many of the main attractions. Definately coming back to stay.
