Loved the room and the view! Did not want to leave my room! Very walkable for the sea aquarium and beach as well!

The room was clean and the staff was super friendly & helpful. They were very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again its the perfect location in busan.

I stayed here for four nights in December, choosing the hotel for it's close location to the metro and also for views of the harbour. It was lovely to sit in the room at night with the harbour all lit up. It was a short walk across the bridge to the metro station and also Lotte Department Store - which also had a supermarket, amazing food court in the basement and an even more amazing garden and observatory at the top of the building. The hotel is showing some signs of wear and tear, and the wait for the lift can be very, very long at times (close to 9 minutes the morning I checked out). But worth it for the harbour views and reasonable cost.

Staff were excellent, the water pressure in the rooms were fantastic, easy walking to many shops and restaurants

Room was clean, roomy, and had nice view. Staff was very helpful and professional. Convenience store right downstairs. There was two coin laundromat within a 5 min walk, which was very helpful.

Had a great stay at Hotel Lotte Busan. Very central location and access to food street and transport - subway and buses. Excellent concierge services- staff can speak English and try their very best to help n recommend good eating places. My hotel to stay whenever i visit Busan. Underground shopping and eating places. Awesome hotel. No dining options at all around hotel as it is on its own. Have to pay to use the pool which is a first and extremely disappointing. Nice hotel but let down by location and unable to use facilities without fees

Great view & location. Lovely staffs

The rooms where nice and big, some amenities are provided like shampoo and soap, also big towels are available by asking the reception. The beds where a bit hard, but still confortable with an additional pillow per bed. The location was good, close to various shops and the Lotte mall, we could walk for dinner and to many convenience stores.

1. 8mins walk fm Seomyeon stn (metro line 1 & 2). Surrounded by many restaurants & convenient stores. Lotte Dept Store, Seomyeon underground shopping st. & food st. are also nearby. 2. The building shared btw few tenants and Arban Hotel occupied few levels. No dedicated lift for hotel guest, but u need hotel room card to access to yr floor. Didn't notice if there is a CCTV/cam inside/near the lift and so for solo traveller, please be careful. Reception is at 13th floor. 3. We arrived Arban Hotel at around 11am and a bit disappointed that we were not able to check in early hence we left our luggage at the reception area. 4. We checked in on Wednesday for 2 rooms & 3 nights stay, my rooms were at 6th floor, were able to sleep well on our 1st night. When come to 2nd night, we started to hear noise when we entered into our room, as the noise level were within our acceptance level hence we had ignored it. When come to 3rd night (Friday), the noise became obvious and we finally realized that there was a bowling center on the 5th floor (below our floor), and the ball rolling & striking sound last till midnight, we didn't ask for a change since we will be checking out the next day. My intention of writing this is to alert anyone who intend to stay in Arban Hotel to avoid 6th floor, if possible. 5. Room & toilet were spacious. 6. Laundry room @ 6th floor with 2 washers & 2 dryers. Washer @ ₩4000 for 36mins and dryer @ ₩4000 for 50mins. U can buy laundry detergent fm kiosk m/c.
