I had a great stay at Premium Apart MONday Ginza EAST! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
My flight ended up being delayed, and I needed to extend my check-out time at the last minute. Even though there was an additional cost, the process was so easy and smooth, which I really appreciated, especially during an already stressful travel day.
Overall, I was very happy with my stay and really appreciated how accommodating and kind the staff were. I would definitely stay here again!

I still like the place and it is still my go to. But the prices went up… and the rooms remained the same. I also didn’t get the same room as usual and I had no view of the tower. First time I get a room without the view and that changes everything.

A very nice hotel in good location very helpful staff. However the experience was soured by the very large and a bit noisy at night building site right next to the hotel. Request a room on the opposite side and the stay would be better.

El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado sobretodo para los que quieren aprovechar de la vida nocturna de Tokio, es muy limpio el hotel, el staff super atentos, excelente desayuno se los recomiendo,tienen un rooftop con una buena Vista de Tokio excelente para tomar unos traguitos con tu pareja. La verdad se los recomiendo 100%
