The hotel kept cancelling our reservation. We had to contact them every day to get a new check in code. The last day they canceled our reservation altogether. We had to deal with AI to make contact. Then they would forward a new code. However my phone was low on battery and if I could not contact them we would be locked out with our luggage still inside. Our aircon had a blocked drain and leaked onto the floor. I had to turn off the power. I would never recommend this cost saving way the company adopted. I could have booked accommodation with a physical person to deal with in reception for the same price. I would then have someone to help with our problems.

The breakfast alone is enough to give 5 stars. My wife is allergic to wheat so we need a place with gluten free options. She was very happy with the selection and taste of the breakfast here.

This was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at, with excellent staff. The bathroom was luxurious. It felt extremely safe. We did not like the electrical toilets. They kept slamming shut while we were seated. But otherwise, it was phenomenal. They upgraded us into a suite because they didn’t have our room ready in time, and the suite was amazing.

The hotel is located at the end of a street close to a park, but it’s still pretty convenient for public transportation and close to the city center. It’s in a relatively old building and the windows are small and hard to open. The largest inconvenience comes from the stairs on the same level, with stairs even from hallway to my room, which is very inconvenient if you have a suitcase.

A very nice hotel for a good price. I will definitely stay here again.
