Only gripe I had (and I repeated this to staff who initially gave the impression that this was a temporary hiccup, but I learned at checkout this is a recurring problem), was the lack of streaming service accessibility for the television. There was only live/local tv available at the property and I had planned to stream musicals and binge watch tv during my 4-night destress/getaway/staycation trip from my paid streaming apps, which I utimately had to watch on my phone and tablet. It would have been nice to have been offered a beverage credit for the bar or room service for example, to compensate as a goodwill gesture. Otherwise, it was a nice stay and the staff were nice. Used the gym, pool area for yoga, and Juliette balcony room was small but nice. Location was perfect in the middle of the wharf!

When we arrived, the elevator was not working. It would get crowded using one. The soap they had there was questionable. It was mucky greenish blue in color and it irritated our skin. It was the same soap that was in the shower for use as it was a 3 in 1 for shampoo and body wash. I had to go out to get toiletries. There were stains in the curtains and the staff just swept around without a full clean of the room. The restaurant was pretty much the only good thing about the place. The staff there was friendly and the food was good.
