Knights Valley Adventure Vacations

Just booked my second stay for this hotel. We loved this hotel. The location is perrrrfect....so many restaurants and shops. Practically next door to the Buena Vista which was a huge pleasant surprise. Great local coffee shop across the street, and 2 really good breakfast spots also across the street. Trolley access, bike tours are super close by... everything. If you are traveling for the San Francisco marathon, this is a great spot.

Great location. Room was wonderful and big. Nice view of the boats and harbor. Wish our room could have been on a higher floor but regardless this is probably going to be our go to spot in Redondo.

The Marker is a nice retreat a couple of blocks off of Union Square. It's a short walk down to Market for Muni rides or over to Powell to catch the cable car. The room was well appointed with a comfortable bed and pillows. I appreciated the water bottles in the room that the staff refreshed daily as I used them. Water pressure in the shower was excellent. The library in the lobby was a nice place to hang out for a bit rather than sitting in the room. Not to detract from a free perk, but the complimentary coffee manged to taste watered down but burnt at the same time. After dumping that out I bought a $9 12oz latte at Tratto that was also underwhelming. After that, I went elsewhere for breakfast. Overall, I would happily stay here again.

The mattress needed to be replaced. There were craters on either side and made it uncomfortable.

Incredible staff. Everyone so friendly, helpful and kind. Beautiful rooms and public spaces. And the views!!! Have a meal in the Limewood, excellent food and views.

I arrived to the property prior to check in times and informed them that I would be returning late so I wouldn’t be considered a no show. She said that was perfectly fine. They were 24 hours. When I arrive to check in. I stopped at the kiosk for 15 minutes with No assistant. I had to call the number, at least five times in order for them to respond, and even after I waited another 15 minutes until someone was able to help me on the kiosk. Aside from that. The property itself is great very clean and well-maintained.

The site is great, I was looking forward to getting parked, but when I arrived the Valet was rude and less than helpful — he could have turned the sass down when asked about the valet parking. I didn’t end up staying here, I decided to cut my losses due to that interaction, I feel as though the judgment from the valet implied that I was not an actual patron just because of the car I was driving (he promptly shut the gates to the lot after interacting with me). I would have loved to have stayed here, but I felt that I would rather not chance being looked down upon or treated as if I was too poor for the establishment based on my appearance or the appearance of my vehicle while on vacation.
