Otoque Island Adventure Vacations

We stayed for 7 nights. The hotel is in a safe neighborhood and within walking distance to so many restaurants - I think the farthest we had to walk was 7 minutes to a restaurant. We stayed in a king bed room and the room was very spacious - there was a small fridge and iron with ironing board and a hair dryer in the bathroom. The bed was just ok, a little firm for my liking but I wouldn’t deduct any points for that. We had a great view out of the window of the city. The staff was friendly and the hotel was very pleasing to the eye. The breakfast was wonderful with so many options to choose from on the buffet. There was a nice pool area with a bar that served drinks. There was also a restaurant on site and a bar in the lobby area. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was excellent, the staff was kind and friendly. Wish there were more restaurants. Overall my stay was great.

No hot water in the shower and sink on the first day. Mold around the shower. Restricted toiletry items. The TV remote has two fonctions turning it on and turning it off. No access to a pen, a scrap of paper and any information about places to visit, restaurants and others. What to see on the web is not what you get . How can a hotel like be rated four stars?

This is the definition of a 5 start hotel. We went to celebrate my husbands birthday because he's an avid golfer. It was easy to book tee times and the service was impeccable. The course was wel maintained and even saw a crocodile. The hotel itself went above and beyond because our room wasn't ready at time of arrival.
