Well let’s say I won’t go to doubletree again

Had to change room as first room not clean and air cond leaking leaving wet carpet. Also expensive for what you get.

Great hotel. Staff was great.

The hotel looks nice, however the rooms are outdated smells like beach not in a (pleasant way )and had blood stains the beds are small the bathroom had a smell like a dead mouse, and mold on the vent also the shower tub had all chip paint , the pool motor wasn’t working so the pool was cold , and that was the main reason why I booked at this location.

The property does not accept the security deposit without a physical card. The manager Juan was very understanding and helped me out with the situation like a pro. Please make Apple Pay a payment method too!
