Good service. Perfect location

Lots of hot and cold options for breakfast. Hotel bar was nice and the food was good. Bartender was great. Rooms were comfortable.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The staff were excellent special shout out to Telik and Nick. Beautiful decor. I highly recommend it.

Staff could be friendlier. The common areas seem to be overcrowded by people who are not staying at the hotel, which is fine but something to be mindful of. Overall, this hotel was a 10/10. The staff at the rooftop bar could be friendlier.

The rooms were Very clean.. the window view from the 34th floor was as like no other. The staff was extremely accommodating. It took a moment to figure out how to control the elevators. But over all a WONDERFUL experience. I will definitely stay here again. 10 out of 10

Hotel is def in need of some renovations. It’s very dated. The rooms were semi clean although I don’t know if the bed sheets were switched during my stay? Very spacious rooms though, I was impressed. Temperature in the room was perfect (never had to fiddle with it) which is usually a struggle for me as I run cold. The staff was AMAZING though. Very friendly, welcoming, and ready to help at any minute. That def made up for the dated look of the hotel.
