Great location and super helpful staff!

Clean room and staff was great.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially loved the location—it was convenient to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area without any hassle.

Felt it was more like a 3 star rather than 4 star. Comparable to a Holiday express. But the breakfast was very good.

Decent hotel with great location. Breakfast was quite disappointing. Very similar to what you would find at any low cost chain hotel. Not befitting of a Marriott in a major city

The Trump hotel is always impeccable and this time was no different. We did bring our newborn (first time parents) and they were beyond accommodating; they provided us a crib.

Amazing the staff was so friendly. The hotel is just I can’t believe I never stayed at this hotel. This is by far my top five hotels I will definitely be returning. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay Kimberly Chardukian

Included breakfast was great. Very responsive. Our shower drain was clogged; they fixed it the evening we reported it.

Clean and Helpful Staffs. You have to look for your parking space, mostly are street parking, but there is a valet at the hotel if you asked for it.

Our room was a great size, comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. My only complaint is that the bathroom is a little dated and crowded but otherwise we had no problems. The hotel’s proximity to magnificent mile, old town and Gold Coast is great. We walked almost everywhere. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The Riverview room was amazing! Rooftop bar is a must.
