8.8/10 Excellent! (1,348 reviews)
The air conditioning failed, and the first technician kept trying to reprogram it even though that wasn’t the problem. After it failed again, we waited for a promised call that never came. I had to call the front desk myself, and only then were we moved to another room—late at night, after waking my partner and leaving our belongings behind in the original room.
I also found a cockroach in the room, and the previous day’s lettuce was visibly rotting. I tried to get the entire stay waived; we were ultimately charged for one night. That was still more than this experience deserved.
