We stayed in Morris #517. This is an excellent well appointed, clean and remodeled unit. Some of the common areas have not been as well maintained, and a number of areas are currently being worked on. This is a mix of long term rentals, residents and short term holiday units. The local by the Cultural district is unparalleled in Cairns and makes this a great choice for active folks. the airplanes do land/take off nearby, so if that would be a bother to you please be sure to consider. For us, no worries.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel in Cairns and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Cairns, yet still peaceful and quiet. Everything you need is within easy walking distance: the beach, restaurants, cafés, and shops are all just about 200 metres away, which made getting around effortless, especially as a family. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. From the rooms to the common areas, everything felt fresh, comfortable, and thoughtfully cared for. We also felt very safe throughout our stay, which is incredibly important when travelling with family. What really sets this place apart, though, is the people. It’s family owned, and you can genuinely feel it in the way the owners and staff treat their guests. The hospitality was sincere, warm, and welcoming—not forced or scripted. They went out of their way to make us feel at home, always happy to help, give local tips, or simply have a friendly chat. It was a fantastic family stay, and we created great memories here. If you’re looking for a clean, safe, centrally located hotel with heart and outstanding hospitality, this place is a gem. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cairns.

The room had a nice view of the river. The staff in the Bar and Restaurant were very friendly and helpful. The food and service was very good.

My wife and I loved the spaciousness and privacy of our rooms. It exceeded our expectations and Trinity beach was truly a little haven worth experiencing. The staff were friendly and attentive which added to the experience. There was only one blemish and it pains me to say but I must bring it up as I intend on returning one day soon. We booked a room with a private spa but the spa wasn't working so it was a bit of a let down. Despite this I didn't hesitate to give it a 5 star rating. Look forward to returning to returning to beautiful Trinity beach asap 🙂❤️

Fabulous location. Great sized apartments with everything you need. Great pools and restaurants on site. Short walk to Trinity beach! Loved staying here and will definitely be back!
