The majority of the units were booked by a large group who proceeded to have a party until 4 am in the morning. The manager was not easy to get in contact with. They explained they weren’t aware that this was a large group booking as they had all been booked individually online. That’s fair enough. I understand they can’t control the actions of guests. And while I appreciated their apology for a horrendous night of no sleep and obscene behaviour, the manager made no attempt to rectify the situation. For example simply offering a return night, even at a non-peak time when the apartment would otherwise be empty, would’ve been appreciated. Unless you’re going for a party, I certainly wouldn’t recommend staying.

The stay was relaxing, quiet and enjoyable. Friendly staff on reception and in restaurant/bar. There were stairs to my room so had to carry bags up one level. The room furniture seemed tired and basic although comfortable. Most amenities such as good quality soaps, Nespresso coffee, and tea were provided, but there were no tissues, no decaf tea, and no bottled water or minibar snacks. A minibar selection of snacks and drinks or hallway vending machine would’ve been nice as the rooms are away from the main reception and clubhouse building, but room service and snacks could be purchased at reception. Overall a great stay with beautiful golf course views.

Absolutely loved our stay! A stylish and beautifully presented hotel with such a classy atmosphere. We were warmly welcomed with a complimentary welcome drink, which was a nice touch. The amenities were fantastic, the hotel was immaculate, and every detail felt thoughtfully considered. A perfect blend of comfort, elegance and great service — would definitely stay again! 🥂✨

Staff were great, room was a good size, the bed was comfortable, ask for a room at the back of the hotel, the front is noisy.

Highly recommended. Staff were amazing best service we have ever had. Valet was a stand out with service. Breakfast was wonderful fresh and service excellent.
