Staff was fine, it’s not on them, but the facility is nasty and falling apart but still charging insane rates. Quite literally have stayed at $20 a night hostels nicer than this. Go elsewhere.

Great stay!! The hotel is beautiful with very helpful staff. The rooms were comfortable and spacious for NYC standards. The beds were very comfortable after a long day of sightseeing! The shower was roomy with amazing water pressure.

Great location, we had connecting room for our family. Had to pay extra for small refrigerator for baby’s milk but whatever. If we wanted to check in early we had to pay so we waited then the room wasn’t ready so that didn’t make good sense. Mom the less great trip

The room was not cleaned well, as evidenced by remnants of the last use of the toilet, shampoo globs on the shower floor and wall, and many dirty spots of unknown substances that were able to be rubbed off. The shower had no water upon arrival and had to be fixed.
