Everything was absolutely fantastic. I met one of the house keepers and I spoke to a several of staff members they were very helpful and polite.
The only thing that needs adjusting is the door it would be nice if there’s a safety chain inside as I am a solo female traveler and things like this makes me feel safer. But overall it was a wonderful experience. Thanks to airport Zürich staff.

Excellent location, easy to walk to many areas (Old Town, train station, lake, etc.). What really stood out was the outstanding service from hotel staff, everyone was both nice and helpful. I would give this hotel "six" stars if I could. Will definitely consider staying here again the next time I am in Zurich.

Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with my stay. The room was very nice, well-equipped and quiet. The gym and free coffee were a bonus. The only negative was a sewer gas smell in the bathroom. Old plumbing and poor vent stack flow is the culprit.
