9.4/10 Exceptional! (803 reviews)
Most overpriced hotel I’ve ever stayed at. No valet parking, tired rooms. Feels more like a 4 star hotel at best yet over £1000 a night.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,006 reviews)
The room was spotless and spacious. The shower room was again very clean and modern.
The welcome from the staff on arrival and at breakfast was very friendly and the hotel was only a couple of minutes walk from the tram to airport or city centre.

8.6/10 Excellent! (1,000 reviews)
