Outstanding.
Kind, polite staff, nice, larger rooms (for Japan) and a beautiful hotel, especially around the entrancefoyer/ bar.
I had an amazing rate (around 10000 yen a night) and the location was excellent. A 7 minute walk to the major subway station, close to great restaurants and some attractions.
