Everything was top tier. Staff really goes above and beyond for guests! I loved them so much. They made our stay completely magical. The room was so nice with our own pool and view of the bay. Exceptionally clean and comfortable room and the property was well kept and beautiful. The ambiance was very serene and zen. It was honestly one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The yoga sessions were great; I had the best massage there at their spa as well! We will definitely come back ! Highly recommend this place, look no further just book this hotel!

I had a wonderful stay at Nap Patong Hotel. The hotel was very clean, serene, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always greeted us with warm smiles, which made the experience even more pleasant. The location is perfect—close to everything you might need, including shops, restaurants, and the beach. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Phuket, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay. 😊

The hotel is a little distance from Patong Beach (although the hotel provides a shuttle bus). The hotel does not have its own beach. The hotel is beside a highway, and there are only a few restaurants nearby. It sounds as if this is not the best holiday hotel choice,right? But you just need to check in.Then you will find that this is a surprisingly good hotel.Because the hotel is located on the hillside, the sea view is very spectacular. The staff are all friendly and always have a smile.With a person with limited mobility the front desk team Joe Sordy and LOH took extra care of us. And lovely Ms.Noodang at breakfast restaurant was so kind to us.She not only explained everything in detail. And make sure our table is clean and the cups are full.She also took the initiative to recommend us and sent us the special dessert of the day. Then let's talk about the breakfast.Hotels in Thailand have never short of a good breakfast.But the breakfast at Kalima is unbelievable.Whether it is the variety or the quality of food.For example you may find bubble breakfast in many hotels.But Kalima take it to an other level.You can even make your own highball here.Such a good breakfast plus a good view what else could you ask for a holiday?

The front desk manager was excellent! He was very helpful and kind, knowledgeable and helpful! Breakfast bar was also decent, i tried a variation of foods, lots of dinner or lunch type of with curry and rice, you can make waffles and there are pastries or cereals. Tea and coffee were served for us after we were seated and you can also get scrambled eggs. If you are to leave earlier than the 7am open time you can request a take out breakfast, we received a croissant, mini muffins, a boiled egg, juice and milk . It is a lovely area with pools and access to the beach that are not bad for people with lower mobility. The only down side was the noise, which i dont think the resort can fo very much about we received ear plugs in our room for this noise, but i will admit it is extremely LOUD!!!!!! think hiding away from the new years eve party in the bathroom. Because of this im not sure I would stay again. But i do believe if you are a party person and live for that night life it would be the perfect spot for you, but be ready for that party to go on every single night!
