"I had to get new keys every time I left my room. And the staff was mean and unhelpful. I had to stand in line for new keys for at least 20 minutes each time which was very annoying. "I set off the smoke detector in the room cooking bacon. The front desk and maintenance staff were super responsive. Trash was left over night sitting in bags outside the receptacle. The free wine was nice. Bar / Restaurant wasn’t open. Free parking was nice!"

"Casino amenities within the room are a little a outdated. For example one of the outlets was broken. Additionally the outlet in the bathroom was loose and I couldn't plug in a hair appliance. The room was clean that was a plus."
