Staff was outstanding, always a friendly greeting when you entered the hotel. Staff was very helpful when needed. Tap room was a nice place to have breakfast outside. Location was perfect, walking distance to downtown or the pier in the water areas.

Check in process was terrible! I had two rooms booked so I couldn’t use kiosk. I stood in line for almost 30 minutes to be told there are extra fees almost $300 US each room!!! It was $20 a day for parking and no fridge or coffee in our room!!!! So bad!!!!
