Stayed in a standard suite – plenty of space, but overall quite underwhelming. The idea of “luxury” here feels very surface-level compared to Europe... The room itself felt dated, especially the bathroom which seems straight out of the early 2000s. The shower had very low pressure and wasn’t adjustable, which made it frustrating to use. We also had issues with the drains during our stay. Staff did try to help, which we appreciated, but it wasn’t fully resolved and left an unpleasant smell by the end. With the resort fees, we expected more. Wouldn’t rush back – there are likely better options in Vegas for the price.

Awesome location on the strip. Easy access to I15. Room has always been clean. Free parking in Vegas is always a plus.

Having no Airport shuttle to the hotel didn't like. For the price for the hotel they needed to have more amenities in each rooms! Oh the views looking out is horrible and no balcony or patio to sit outside? Most importantly the smell whatever it was outside was horrible! Another they charge you to park you're car in the charge? I most definitely wasn't happy with that at all. No shuttle to and from the airport to the hotel? No parking? The smell? Let's just say myself I will never stay there again!

Property is Business friendly and family friendly. Staff at counter were courteous but only 2-3 at counter despite long lines. Didn’t see much staff (housecleaning, general staff etc during our stay). Casino floor was extremely Smoke smelling.

Beautiful room with nice spacious step down seating area and big windowed viewing. Loved the easy access to the Sphere.
