Overall stay wasn’t too bad. However, the bed was extremely hard. The location of Nikko is one of the best. The views are amazing as well. Just for me personally, it’s a bit overpriced for what you actually get. The tv was really old and you can only watch the channels that they provide, unless you bring your own laptop and hdmi cord.

Great place and very spacious room. Our only issue was that water leaked out of the shower making the floor wet. The thermostat directions didn’t match the thermostat in our room. Staff was super friendly and the lobby was beautiful. Wonderful pools with lots of chairs to sit in. I would definitely come to this hotel again when we come to Guam. Very relaxing environment.

We enjoyed our staff but when we booked the room it was at full capacity whether was inclement . We had the family room and wanted our kids to be able to enjoy the pool unfortunately it was closed . We were hoping to use the pool at a latter time to enjoy the full experience especially since we spent nearly $500 on a room but we were offered any incentive for the pool Closure

It was a fine hotel but we had to go through a ton of trouble to get our rooms cleaned and new towels. Like hours and constantly having to call the frontdesk. We finally just started throwing all of our towels in the hallway and they were fine with that, they stayed there for a while.
