Lovely staff and great location (not too far away from anything + plus a not so crowded beach at your doorstep)

The phone in our room never worked even after letting the front desk know about it twice and one of the dim lights in the bathroom flickered often, but the vibe was immaculate. Definitely worth it.

Nice place in front of the beach

The property is very conveniently located with multiple dining options within walking distance on the strip. There are many cafes, pharmacies and supermarkets close by and literally a min walk away from the beach. Staff is nice and friendly and most if not all of the front desk staff speaks English.

Great location right in front of Copacabana beach and great restaurants

1. Terrible bathroom - ridiculous design and unsafe, plus the shower controls were awful. 2. No 110v power - the hotel provided a transformer which gave me an electric shock. 3. No elevator 4. The summing pool area was unusable as the floor was being replaced - ok I get that / but no notice given beforehand or discount offered 5. Dinner was very average at best This hotel is exclusive and expensive - it should have been better

I love this place. We always stay here. Staff is really nice and helpful. Beach is the best part of it.
