Rooms were nicely decorated and cleaned/ made every day! The lobby on the forth floor did not have any air circulation and was hot. There was no separate help desk on the privilege floor. They mentioned 20% additional discount on the current spa treatments but refused to add that/ honor that for the treatments that already had some seasonal discounts for anyone. The breakfast had very limited options for vegetarians/ vegan. Overall the staff was courteous in their interaction but less proactive in dining area. Not sure if we will stay here again!

Easily one of the best hotels I’ve seen. Better feel that the Singapore Raffles in terms of atmosphere etc

Breakfast delicious. POOL IMMACULATE. Front desk team extraordinary (If you need something ASK FOR ARNOL (spelling?) - SO KIND AND HELPFUL!!

Lovely property surrounded by greenery/gardens with several pools to swim in. Wish pools were colder so I could cool off in the hot weather. My room was spacious and comfortable and air conditioning worked really well. Wi-Fi signal was a bit spotty when I was streaming. Food/drinks were good, but could be improved.
