The pool and restuarant was closed for maintenance. So why did I pay full resort fees.

The staff was exceptionally professional and the rooms were clean and very comfortable.

It is humanly impossible to make the Trump hotel more perfect ,

The staff at check in, bell service, room service, and maintenance were all great. The smoke smell from the casino was horrible! People smoking right next to the food court made dining there a bad experience. The room smelled of sewage. Daily calls to maintenance to spray was required. There was no effort to proactively alleviate the problem (e.g. spray during room make over or moving to another room). The food from room service was fantastic. It was delivered quickly and came fresh & hot. I used to stay here every time I visited Vegas but unfortunately this last experience would make me hesitate to stay again.

Large room and bathroom. Decent location. Smoke free. But the pool closed at 6pm, the fridge was too small to hold a takeout box, and there was zero soundproofing... constant noise from traffic, maids carts, conversations and doors slamming. The bathroom had no fan, no hooks and the floor was absolutely filthy.
