Great location very close to the station. Breakfast could have been better and there was a lack of space for breakfast. Room was clean enough as a base to explore the city

Got there at 1pm room not ready. Still not ready at 3pm check-in time. Reception had "no idea" when it would be.
Forced to accept different room with bath/shower and on different floor.
Very disappointed. Bath/shower unusable, shower flooded the bathroom and no taps to run bath.
Would have preferred a better view on higher floor.
Room was comfortable and hotel very well positioned
Wifi very weak, signal dropped all the time.
Disappointing late check-in time esp when you're on a short break and rooms aren't even ready then.
Some staff were very helpful with the shower and wifi issues but they couldn't be resolved unfortunately

We stayed at this hotel for 14 days. It was exceptionally clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful and polite. Everyone in the concierge department was also very helpful. Rami, in particular, was incredibly gracious and helpful in assisting us in exploring the town and its surroundings. We will definitely be returning. We stayed in the best room at Hôtel La Pérouse Nice, and overall it was a pleasant experience.
On the first night, the jacuzzi bathtub was unfortunately not working. However, the manager handled the situation professionally and did his best to compensate us, which we truly appreciated. The staff throughout our stay were very kind, attentive, and provided excellent service.
Despite the small issue, we enjoyed our time here and would consider coming back. I sincerely hope to return with my girlfriend one day, and hopefully, next time, she will be my wife and we will be here for our honeymoon.
