The hotel is beautiful and in a wonderful location. The restaurant and all the hotel staff were kind and inviting. A must stay while in Copenhagen

Great staff. Rooms were very well designed

The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. We loved taking the water taxi to the sites in Copenhagen. Apartment was warm (no air conditioning) and loud in the morning, which made it hard to sleep.

Did not like being in a room next to the lift as very noisy but everything else was fine

Very nice rooms. Convenient location. The only thing that I would change is how dark the hallways were. The lights turn on but still dark. I would have been afraid if I were by myself. I appreciate that they are conserving energy but would still like more light.
