「We were a group of five with an advanced reservation for three nights but it seemed the team was not ready to welcome us - the soap at the basin was not filled enough. We ran out of it in a morning, so we approached the reception to request to refill it while we are out. I believe it was obvious we were going out, but the staff I spoke to tried to just pass the refill. I asked again to come in to our room during the day time and refill it but the clerk told me to stop by again when we were back....

「Overall good quality for a hostel although the toilet in the room was broken. The staff were super friendly and helpful and efficient. I rated three stars because it was way too expensive for a bunk bed. If this was an appropriate price then I would have rated five stars as it’s a good hostel! Great location and clean. Good to be able to rent a bike. The locker was useful. 」
