First of all id like to thank the hotel for checking us in eventhough we had passed checkin time (because of flight delay). The space of an apartment, the perks of hotel giving us the perfect balance of independence and hotel service. We felt completely private while still having staff around. We enjoyed every bit of our stay as It was like Home away from home. Thank you Apx Apartments.

The check in system is disjointed and time consuming leading to a long wait at check in time. The apartment was spacious but the furnishings were outdated and stained from usage/ age. No exhaust fan in the bathroom, which would be the reason for the significant amount of mould on ceilings and walls. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Both televisions had no internet connection or available channels to watch.

Very disappointing experience, especially for the price I used to love staying at this hotel. It was always a pleasure to come back, with a fantastic reception team, complimentary minibar and the overall experience you would expect from a five-star hotel. Unfortunately, my stay this year was a huge disappointment. The rooms have been renovated, but nothing particularly impressive. Meanwhile, there is no bar, nowhere to enjoy a meal, and renovation work is happening everywhere, with workers and noise throughout the hotel. What disappoints me most is the price. The hotel is still charging premium five-star rates while offering a very limited experience. I find it hard to understand how they can justify such high prices when so many facilities are unavailable. I understand that renovations are necessary, but surely the prices should reflect the inconvenience and lack of services during this period. After being a returning guest for years, I genuinely feel the hotel has lost much of what once made it special. At these prices, there are far better options in Sydney. Extremely poor value for money.

A wow luxury experience and such a treat; room was beautiful and comfortable; very quiet. Included breakfast too notch with a good variety of freshly made options. Enjoyed sitting by the pool and hopping in the spa.
