It's a lovely property. Quiet and clean. Friendly Staff. There is a small gym and 2 small pools.Around the hotel within 3 mins walk you will have the small day market area that sell local delights. Another 10 minutes walk, an up-scale supermarket called Rimping. To walk to old city square it takes about 35 mins. Alternatively, take Grab. It's easy and very affordable.

Staff across the hotel were very good, but the pool service was dreadful. At no point did anyone come to the loungers to take drink orders – we had to walk up and order ourselves, yet were still charged service and tax on top. The location is stunning, but the resort is tired. It needs a full refresh: paintwork, woodwork, tiles, furniture – everything shows its age. Our premium room felt worn, and I would not want to pay double for one of the suites in its current condition. Housekeeping standards were also below expectations, which unfortunately mirrors my experience with other Accor properties, including So Bangkok. Overall, I would suggest choosing a Thai brand over an Accor hotel – you will likely get far better value, service and quality for your money.

We had an amazing time for our anniversary, the staffs was above all expectations from, service, smiles and everything you ask for, the hotel is clean, beautiful view, peaceful atmosphere near the river. Staffs or management are taking time for guests and always put service first, special thx to Jim at the entrance and Mark Ugrai F&b Director for chatting with me about our commun knowledge of hospitality’s

Exceptionally courteous and beautiful staff. Hotel is gorgeous with lots of amenities and great food. My wife and I will treasure our stay forever.
