Hotel was clean . Valet people were very nice. partial view room was great nice to see people walking on the boardwalk. We would stay there again.

My stay at The Plaza was absolutely unforgettable and worth every penny!!! If you have the Plaza on your top choices, choose the Plaza, you won’t regret it. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was stunning, elegant, and beautifully maintained. The bedding was unbelievably comfortable, making it hard to get out of bed each morning. I also loved the bathtub, and the fact that the water gets wonderfully hot was a huge plus because that is exactly how I like it after a long day in the city. The spacious closets were another luxury touch that made the stay feel even more elevated. The 24/7 room service was delicious and so convenient, which made relaxing at the hotel even better. The location truly cannot be beaten. Being directly across from Central Park and steps away from some of the best high-end shopping in NYC made the experience even more special. The Plaza is truly a gem of New York City, and I cannot wait to come back!!!

Clean room fun location.

The pictures on the website do not give an accurate depiction of what the room is actually like. It is not modern, sleek, and clean. The vacuum that the cleaning service used was out in the hallway and it looked like it was from the 70s or 80s. There is no way the floors are clean. Additionally, there were men’s hairs in our bathroom from the first day. The bathroom mirror was pitting and terrible. For this to be a 4-star hotel, they would need to do ALOT of renovations.

Best staff of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in

The hotel is beautiful and in unic place the stuff provides an outstanding service starting from valley parking, at front desk, at pool, in restaurants! It was my husband’s birthday. We got Champagne and sweets! Wish to come again. Highly recomended.

Very basic and worn room with comfortable bed and soaking tub. Toilet was running through the stay and can hear neighbors easily.

Best staff of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in

Perfect spot for a family of 4. Me, my wife, 18year old, and 11 year old. Great access to time square and several eating spots and also subway. Felt safe the entire time and was great place to stay for the price. The staff was great and definitely ask them about a car service from and to the airport. $65 and was picked up in a brand new yukon that was very nice. Loved this trip
