Always an excellent experience

We were welcomed by Emily at Front of House who was so helpful. She gave us great recommendations and really made us welcome. My only disappointment was due to booking through Expedia only 1 breakfast was included whereas if we had booked direct both guests would receive breakfast. Otherwise the stay was ideal. The area is great, 10 minute walk to most places, circular quay, the rocks, old sydney, the shopping area in Pitt Street.

The rooms were clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful! Showers and bathroom were clean and working. Parking was right next door but I didn't need to use it. There are restaurants next door as well. Also, if you decline housekeeping, you are given credit to purchase any food or beverages at the hotel so don't forget before you check out! Only one issue I had were the walls were probably too thin. Was hearing unwanted noises at night (if you know, you know). Maybe I was unlucky with whoever was my neighbor but was annoying to hear that at night and early morning.
