We were welcomed by Emily at Front of House who was so helpful. She gave us great recommendations and really made us welcome.
My only disappointment was due to booking through Expedia only 1 breakfast was included whereas if we had booked direct both guests would receive breakfast.
Otherwise the stay was ideal.
The area is great, 10 minute walk to most places, circular quay, the rocks, old sydney, the shopping area in Pitt Street.

The location is awesome. One tram stop away from circular quay. We love the city views, the big bed, and the corner rooms where we usually stay, are enjoyable.
The water from the shower often saturates the floor, which is annoying. Also, the bathroom has few places to store toiletry bags etc, so they have to go on the floor if they don’t fit on the sink area.
The service is very good and there is always a lovely fresh smell in the lobby. Breakfast is good, if a little same, same. The staff there are all a little stern. It would be nice if they were a little friendlier.

Very central location…staff were nice. But a few warning signs on the floors advising guests to respect others and keep quiet would have been good. Was not impressed with noisy guests on my floor with little self awareness.
