Very spacious & location was good. I recommend. I will be back.

The continental breakfast was lovely with fresh fruit, pastries, toast, muesli, yoghurt, cereal options, muffins, barista coffee and fluffy pancakes on Sunday.

Clean room, safe and a lot of dining options. Easy Parking.

The staff were very nice. The room is okay. The hotel isn’t not close to shops or restaurants . You need to pick up your luggage up a stairs to make it to an elevator/lift to get to the upper level to your room.

Location was great. Staff were excellent. Room was small. Should have gone for a larger room.

Great location

We enjoyed a long weekend with interconnecting rooms with adult children. Their room with two queens was much better, larger and cleaner than our king room. We had carpet that had been pulled and had a two metre long tear. We had black mould in the shower grout. Needed a good clean and very average water pressure. The rest is all positive. Beds were comfy, lobby staff were helpful. Lobby is lovely and so is the bar. Amazing barman Harvey was utterly divine and so warm and welcoming. All in all- decent for a couple of nights 7/10.

I loved that the hotel has bidets in every bathroom. I've been using bidet in my home since 2016. More Australians should put them in their homes, less toilet paper usage. This hotel is the perfect location to access Town Hall Station, convention centre, QVB, multiple bus routes & tram. The Kaz Illy Italian coffee Cafe is nearby & Brew Bros is good too.

Absolutely perfect location, super close to Green Square station. Room is spacious and clean. Hotel staff are super helpful.
