Interactions with the staff were pleasant enough. The room itself was up to expectations. However... despite being turned off, there was a continual whirring noise coming from the aircon device which kept me awake for quite some time. I recommend taking earplugs which sadly I did not

Needed somewhere to stay for a last minute trip to Manchester and saw this hotel. Not a brand i recognsed but i neednt have worried.
The staff were fantastic throughout and the delightful and quirky touches throughout the room and the hotel were great.
