Always a great experience in Novotel hotels

We spent 3 nights in this hotel. Staffs were helpful polite but the room itself is tiny. Bathroom and toilet are not suitable for its purpose. Very noisy due to Metro line nearby. Not recommended for others.

Very disappointing stay. The room looked completely different from the pictures shown online, and I felt the photos were very misleading. The room was not clean, and there was visible mold in the bathtub, which was unacceptable. The breakfast was also extremely poor and not what I expected from the hotel description. Overall, the property did not match what was advertised, especially in terms of cleanliness, room condition, and breakfast quality. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The beds were very comfortable. We had the 2 double beds room. The housekeeping did a great job during our stay - more than impressed. Sheets and towels changed everyday despite not asking for it. Helpful for the towels given we stayed for a whole week and there were 3 of us in the room. The staff all around were amazing! The hotel is very busy so we had waited around for quite sometime to get early check-in & they did not notify us when a room would become available despite saying they would. Thankfully when I went up to the front desk an hour before check-in one of the ladies was able to get us in right away. Suitcase storage is well organized. Bar staff are great! Great food recommendation by concierge to go for dinner next to the hotel at Le Splendid - food was excellent! We also went to Villa Punjab, which is not too far of a walk from there & the food was also very good there! Also the smell of the lobby is soo nice! Wish we could buy whatever the incense sticks were they used all around the lobby lol. Anyway, can’t say enough! Regarding spa & breakfast - we didn’t have either as we were out everyday, so can’t speak to it.

As a honeymooning couple, it was exactly what we expected and wanted - a boutique hotel with a warm and casual atmosphere. Staff were friendly and supportive throughout. Abdel and Yuan were standouts with their help, but in honesty everyone there was very helpful and respectful - thank you all! The property is about 15-20 minutes away from Disneyland by Uber and cost about €12-15. Getting back to the hotel could be a bit more expensive depending on the time. Getting to central Paris by Uber is in the €45-60 range. I would not use the hotel taxi service as its double (or more) the price of an Uber. Breakfast is simple selection of pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, bread, cereal, and homemade cakes (which were divine!) Food at the restaurant for dinner is very tasty (and adventurous - cranberries in pasta, anyone? It works!) The chef was accomodating and lovely too! Rooms are small and cozy, and well cleaned daily. Iron and ironing board available, but no laundry service - there is a Laundromat nearby, however. Overall, a very lovely stay and we would come stay again!

Really enjoyed our stay. Less than 10 minute drive to Disneyland. The rooms were clean and well equipped.
