Beautiful property. Staff is friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!!

The property was in excellent condition, with all utilities of a high standard. All communication prior to and after arrival were first class. The check-in procedure was clear and simple and without any problems. The location was very good for us, reasonably close to the main attractions, with public transport nearby if required. There are also shops nearby for groceries etc if required. Overall, the apartment contributed greatly to a lovely stay in New Orleans

Too many homeless people panhandling outside of hotel and surrounding buildings

Room was great, bed really comfortable. Easy check in and out. Staff great! Would have liked more included for WWII museum

This is a beautiful hotel, it has real French charm. Rooms are beautiful, comfy beds. Sheets could be bit softer. Service is great, love the coffee/tea service at your door each morning. Breakfast was delightful. Loved the speakeasy room and love the decor of the bar area. We will be back!
