I was genuinely impressed by Grand Hi-Lai Hotel. It’s elegant, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The hotel has a refined and sophisticated atmosphere that makes the whole stay feel special. Having a department store and a food court downstairs, along with fine dining restaurants upstairs, is extremely convenient. The beautiful harbor view at night is simply breathtaking. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay and would definitely love to come back.

Really excellent service and helpful staff. I appreciated their shuttle to restaurants in the area. The room and hot spring tub in the room was spacious and clean. We also enjoyed the many varieties of food in the breakfast buffet.

Enjoyed the hotel. Rooms and all areas were very clean and quiet. Nice pool to do laps and big gym for a hotel. Restaurants were really good, however a little pricey. Staff were friendly and helpful, and since it was my wife’s birthday, we got upgraded and treats for a gift. This made the stay standout and showed their commitment to their guests. Highly recommend a stay here and would stay again.
