Guam Waterpark Vacations

EVEN THOUGH I HAD CALLED AND SPOKEN TO SOMEONE THAT MORNING ABOUT A SHUTTLE PICKUP AT THE AIRPORT. THERE WAS NO RECORD OF IT. THE ONLY REASON I HAD A RIDE WAS THAT SOMEONE ELSE ON THE FLIGHT WAS STAYING THERE, AND THERE WAS ACTUALLY A RECORD OF HIS RESERVATION. OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE HAD TO FIND A TAXI (AT 10 PM!) OR HITCH HIKE. FILING A COMPLAINT AND REQUEST FOR REFUND.

Great place and very spacious room. Our only issue was that water leaked out of the shower making the floor wet. The thermostat directions didn’t match the thermostat in our room. Staff was super friendly and the lobby was beautiful. Wonderful pools with lots of chairs to sit in. I would definitely come to this hotel again when we come to Guam. Overall we had a perfect stay. The hotel's own pool and beach area are undergoing maintenance at the moment. The hotel is off the main drag but provides transport to Guam Premier Outlets. I would look into adding a Tumor shuttle if I was management.
