Simple but clean room. Would be nice if the bathrooms had ventilation. After my wife “goes”, the paint comes off the walls 😵‍💫😅

No sargazo/sea weed on the beach, great food and clean rooms. Beach club for kids and video games/pool table for teenagers.

We love every part of it !! Except the room ,food option. the I feel like the bathroom in the room needs an update , I feel like the food could use more of a Mexican taste instead of an American taste. People go to Mexico for the food the experience not pasta most of the time but beside that everything else was great! Outdoor pools were beautiful, great staff. Everyone is always helpful , kids loved it!

There is a lot of walking indoors to go from one end to the next but it was the best resort I’ve ever stayed at. So many amenities and I fully recommend doing the presentation to either become a member as I did or just for the perks

Not a fan of the billing and closing out a "tab" after every meal or drink ordered; gets old fast; I go on vacation all inclusive to not think about $

Hotel has no beach, we had to drive to a public beach which was a better choice. Hotel wanted to sell me a day pass to another hotel. I didn’t use the pool and spa.
