The property was clean and quite spacious for a solo traveler. Complimentary wine, coffee, and tea were provided. The location was central but still seemed far from some places. The staff was responsive to queries and made sure the stay was comfortable. Overall, great stay in cozy apartment

Customer service by the managing staff was excellent, very responsive, and easy to communicate with. The accommodation was basically an apartment with a full kitchen and necessary cooking equipment. It was clean, quiet, and very well located in the city! We would stay here again in the future!

By far the worst hotel we’ve stayed at - staff is terrible, stains on towels and bedding, Restaurant brings you food that has been sitting so long it is cold and disgusting. Although hotel is on the Duoro River - it is so inconvenient to get a taxi or Uber because you have to meet them up a very steep hill from the hotel. There are much nicer places to stay in Porto - don’t waste your money here!

Excellent view from room, nicely located hotel, great reception staff who were very helpful.
However…. Food and beverage experience let it down. No flexibility with menu in restaurant, extremely small glass of wine in rooftop bar which was extortionate for a house wine. Breakfast area was uncomfortable, more like a busy airport cafe and everyone on their phones so no relaxation or special feel.
The bed sheets were polyester mix so we were itching all night.

Great place to stay for a long weekend in Porto. Everywhere was walkable. Hotel was beautiful, staff helpful and friendly and roof terrace lovely spot to relax with a drink.
