Nice stay but spa not included as it looks to be on Expedia €20 pp per use

Everything was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location is good, close to bus lines to the centre of the city. All the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the place is impeccable. However, not all amenities are as advertised, as the Hotel is not completely finished. The pool, the cafeteria and gym etc. are still under construction.

Room was really clean and modern. View was over some untidy residential apartments and they can look into the rooms, so felt had to keep curtains drawn. Walls paper thin and really noisy neighbour who was extremely loud and you can hear everything! You can hear taps running and every part of conversation. Nice deck on roof if not too busy but again very noisy and not very restful. Pool tiny. Ok for the 1 night stay, but any longer would have been a struggle. But like a Travelodge in the UK, would not rate a 4*

We stayed at this place for a week and wanted to highlight to positive/negative aspects of this hotel and unfortunately the positives do not outweigh the negatives. Positives: - Location is nice. Short walk to the beach. - Lots of restaurants/shops walkable. - The pool was nice and wasn't too hard to find chairs most of the time. - We only did the breakfast but it was a decent spread with lots of options though it was basically the same setup for every day. - Most of the staff was friendly and helpful with the exception of one man who was rude and will be addressed in the negative comments. Negatives: - Noise, the front of the room faces restaurants and there is a British pub that does Karaoke and other load events at night so if you have a child sleeping in that part of the room it will be loud. Plan on bringing a sound machine to drown it out. - The room AC did not work great. It would hover around 78-80 degrees no matter how high you turned the AC on. Also it says on the description that there is a refrigerator but it's really a minibar that barely does anything. We contacted the front desk to complain and the man was very rude and insinuated we were dumb for thinking it would keep drinks cold. Our was room temperature inside so it wasn't working and they never came to fix it after telling them numerous times. - The parking lot next to it was closed the whole time we were there for a festival that would play loud music most nights till midnight.

We had a very relaxing stay, perfect.

The hotel has a nice modern design and everything looks new and well maintained. The bedroom was stylish and comfortable overall, although the double bed was quite uncomfortable for two people sharing. The mattress was unstable, so whenever one person moved, the other moved too. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working during our stay and the room became very hot at night. We could not leave the windows open because of loud live music in the hotel courtyard. When we raised the issue, staff explained that the hotel system could only run either heating or air conditioning while they were transitioning between the two systems, and we were offered a fan instead. The gym is excellent and the views are very nice. Food was average — some items, like the croquetas, were served frozen, and a couple of our drinks never arrived. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly, professional, and well trained throughout our stay. The kids club was the highlight of the trip, and Jen was fantastic with the children.
